Unless credit facilities have been expressly granted to the Buyer or otherwise agreed in writing, all payments for goods must be made in advance.
For special orders of parts and equipment, a 60% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 40% balance must be settled upon delivery of the goods.
Contracts and orders, whether in whole or in part, may only be cancelled with the Seller’s prior written consent. If a cancellation is accepted, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any direct or indirect losses or expenses incurred.

• To activate your warranty, register your equipment on the Rehlko Customer Central Portal by submitting the required product details and commissioning documentation.
• Products deemed faulty or requiring technical service must be returned to the dealer within the designated period to qualify for repair or replacement.
• To maintain validity, all warranty servicing must be performed solely by authorized Rehlko dealers and approved service centers.
